High quality dentistry goes hand-in-hand with hi-tech dentistry. As part of our commitment to staying at the forefront of the dental profession, we have outfitted our dental surgery with the finest treatment and diagnostic technology available.

"for precision and comfort"

Minimally Invasive

This is oral health care that aims to ensure maximum tooth tissue preservation and the provision of non-threatening, patient friendly treatment.

This philosophy identifies those people at risk and enables us to target individualized strategies to prevent or control decay in the teeth of our patients.

For those people who already have cavities, our minimum intervention techniques utilizing air abrasion, lasers and the most modern tooth-friendly dental materials ensure the best possible outcome for your tooth with respect to longevity, strength and biocompatibility.

For the most exciting diagnostic precision, we use the DIAGNOdent laser system. Even the tiniest cavities can’t hide from this sophisticated infrared light, which pinpoints areas of concern with unprecedented accuracy. That means detecting small problems before they become bigger and costlier.

We also have interactive CD-ROMs and DVDs so you can learn about the various procedures we perform. And your records are securely stored in our chairside computers for quick and accurate retrieval and integration.

Intra-oral Cameras and Digital Photography

We won’t just tell you what we see in your mouth- we’ll show you. By manouvering a small lens in your mouth, we can project images to a monitor in the treatment room. That way, you can see exactly what we’re talking about and be better informed when making treatment decisions.

Dental Lasers

"Don't like the dreaded drill. hate that awful sound. Dental lasers could be the wonderful new experience for you."

Heat and vibration are the causes of most of the anxiety associated with the drill. Since cutting the tooth with a dental laser does not cause heat or vibration, most dental procedures can be performed with little or no pain, virtually eliminating the need for anaesthesia in most cases.

Dental lasers remove decay very precisely which allows you to keep a healthy tooth structure and have healthier teeth longer.

Dental lasers avoid some of the occasional problems of the high speed drill, including cracks in the teeth from the vibration and rapid turning of the drill burs which can weaken your teeth, creating future problems. Dental lasers decontaminate as they cut reducing the chance of bacterial contamination.

Dental lasers prepare your teeth in a way that maximizes the bonding of tooth coloured fillings, allowing them to last longer.

Air Abrasion

Imagine no needles, no drills, just…..air. That’s the principle behind microabrasion technology. Using a fine stream of air and harmless particles, we can perform a number of procedures with unprecedented precision and can do them without the discomfort that comes with anaesthetics and drilling.

Tooth Whitening

"For the whiter, brighter smile you've always dreamed of"

Nothing freshens up your appearance like a whiter, brighter smile.

Those supermarket and pharmacy products just can't give you the whitest possible smile, but we can. Our tooth whitening systems safely bleach your teeth to lighten the discolouration caused by food, tea, coffee, tobacco, aging and other sources.

Porcelain Veneers

"You’ll be so delighted , you’ll break into a smile"

Porcelain veneers are thin shells that are affixed directly to teeth, using a precise bonding process. Uneven, discoloured or even damaged teeth can be restored or repaired using this procedure.

"Go ahead, take a big bite … smile"

Implants are the modern choice for tooth replacement. No adhesives, no embarrassing slipping, no “teeth-in-a-glass” at night. With dental implants, you can laugh, bite and chew just as you would with your natural teeth. Every day, more people are discovering the wonders of dental implants - one of the most exciting developments in contemporary dentistry.

Headaches and Jaw Pain

"We have the answer for you."

Studies have shown that jaw clenching (bruxism) during sleep is a major trigger for many people with migraine and tension-type headaches. Our practice utilizes the MCI TM device, which scientific studies demonstrate achievement of a 70% reduction in the intensity of clenching. This device is extremely comfortable to wear based on extensive patient reports.

The MCI TM also protects your teeth. With no more wear on teeth, it prevents cracking or chipping of teeth and fillings and it looks after your investment in caps (crowns) and veneers. Many dentists are now prescribing the MCI TM to ensure that teeth and dental restorations last long-term with minimal future dental bills.
